Hi, my name is Will Fox!

I am a developer, architect, builder, reader, writer, traveler, and learner. I have far ranging interests and absolutely love being a generalist. Indeed, "specialization is for insects."

I currently work as a Solutions Architect at AWS. Prior to AWS, I worked at Microsoft and was a member of the Code-With Engineering team, where we developed and delivered production code across the full stack alongside the customer engineering teams.

Prior to that, I worked with dozens of partners and customers to design and prove out enterprise application architectures. Every project is unique, and I had the opportunity to help implement DevOps best practices with engineering teams, build large-scale event-driven data processing architectures, modernize FORTRAN code to run at scale in the cloud, and generally push the limits of what's possible in Azure.

I graduated from MIT in 2019 with a major in Mathematics with Computer Science and a minor in Economics. During my time there, I loved applying the power of mathematics and programming to any and every field. My past projects have included research in Cognitive Science, AI, Nuclear Physics, SuperComputing, and Energy Markets.
